CNC Pipe Beveling Machine Product Introduction:

The product uses a heavy-duty forming cutter head for beveling, adopting an L-shaped layout to simultaneously cut the wide and long edges. The beveling speed ranges from 0 to 4000 mm/min depending on plate thickness and material, significantly improving beveling efficiency compared to traditional edge milling machines. The processing length of steel plates can be customized according to customer requirements. The product is used for beveling and squaring operations on steel plates in steel plate manufacturing plants, pressure vessels, and shipbuilding. It is equipped with two sets of production lines to process all four edges without rotating the steel plate.
